UnderGraduate Admissions

Admission Policy

The college offers admission on limited number of available seats on open merit to all those candidates who have passed the requisite examination and are eligible for admission under the rules.

  1. The candidates are required to apply for admission on prescribed form attached to the college prospectus obtainable on payment from  the  college  office  during  working  hours.  Attested  photocopies  of  the certificate  as  mentioned  in  the prospectus must be attached with the form. Original certificate to be produced at the time of interview/registration.
  2. The admission dues are payable immediately after approval of admission. Delay in payment may lead to cancellation of admission.
  3. A candidate who want to cancel his admission and apply for refund, the following rules shall apply.
  • 50% deduction of admission fee on cancellation within 7 days of admission.
  • 100%  deduction of admission fee on cancellation within 10 days of admission.
  • No refund of  on cancellation after 10 days of admission.

BRAINS in collaboration with FUTURE TRUST and other organizations offers scholarships worth 1.5 million for candidates belonging to all sections of the society and particularly those hailing from remote / backward areas of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa   under various categories which include;

  1. Merit Scholarships
  2. Hafiz-e-Quran
  3. Teachers Sons
  4. Sports
  5. Defence Personal’s Sons/ Wards

Scholarship will be awarded purely on the basis of merit. Eligibility for any of the above scholarship will be based on achievement of minium of 75% marks in SSC examination  and according to the  regulations/ Schedule announced by the College from time to time.

 

B.Sc ELIGIBILITY Candidates must have passed Intermediate with Mathematics/DAE A-Level examination  with no less than at least 2nd division from  Board.

 

Eligibility BBA (Hons)

Those seeking admission to the BBA (HONS) program offered at the college must.

  1. Have passed the Intermediate (FSc/HSSC) examination with a minimum of 45%marks from any Board of Intermediateand  Secondary  Education  in  Pakistan  or  equivalent  qualification  from  any  institution  inside  or  outside  Pakistan recognized by the University of Peshawar.
  2. Have a certificate from the Principal of the College from where the examination was taken if results are awaited that he/she will be able to qualify with 45% marks.
  3. Acquire a migration certificate not later than the date of commencement of the first semester examination to facilitate registration with the University of Peshawar.
  4. Produce original transcripts and certificates of HSSC and SSC examinations or equivalent unless the result is awaited in which event the transcript shall have to be provided at a later stage for confirmation of admission.
  5. Qualify the aptitude test conducted by Brains and the interview that follows.
  6. Submit the prescribed  form duly completed before the closing date notified along with testimonials and an original character certificate from the institution last attended.
  7. Submit his/her intent to enroll in writing not more than two weeks before the commencement of regular classes.
  8. Have paid the required enrolment fees.

BCS Eligibility

Intermediate with Maths, F.Sc or F.Cs or D.A.E or Equivalent with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
