The M.Sc. program of the Peshawar University to which the school is affiliated is aimed at preparing students for rewarding careers in the field of information technology in a congenial and most stimulating environment. The hallmark of this programme is that it seeks to focus heavily on students' intellectual growth, enhancement of knowledge base and problem solving analytical approach. Our Master Program are taught by experts in their fields such as information and knowledge management, web technologies, information systems development and intelligent systems.

ELIGIBILITY

We welcome only holders of B.Sc. Computer Science degrees with no less than 2nd division from a recognized University.

KEY FEATURES

Free Education for limited number of Candidates with 80% or above marks in B.Sc. and admission fee exemption for candidates with 75% or above marks. In order to promote quality education, talented students are encouraged to apply for admission is the M.Sc programme with out or partially paying cost of the programme depending upon the merit of the candidates. in this respect free education facility is provided to a number of candidates having 80% or above marks in their B.Sc program.
More-over, the concession and scholarships can only be continued if percentages similar to those in B.Sc program are maintained.

Open house (for job placement) at the end of the programme.

After rigorous course work, hands-on-training and development of the required projects, students are offered an opportunity to expose themselves to both national and international software industry/job market by organising a grand gala at the end of session. This helps both the graduates and prospective employers to assess each other before entering into any contractual obligations.

In order to optimize time duration of the programme and add professional tinge to its students, BRAINS would provide an opportunity of involvement in practical software development project. Besides, it would also actively engage its students in software development operations in local industry on ad-hoc and   permanent basis depending upon merit of the students. Yet another dimension to this programme is that the students will get and opportunity to participate in National/International software development competition and exhibitions.

Our students are eligible for all national scholarships offered by the HEC.

By virtue of affiliation with University of Peshawar/HEC, our students are eligible for all kinds of district, agency, provincial and National/International scholarships.

Limited Job offers during studies.

Students with good aptitude and hands on working experience in the subject of computer science are offered limited part time jobs as teaching assistants/Lab engineers, field marketing jobs and data entry supervisors.

Financial Assistance to candidates on demonstration of genuine need.

Deserving students are recommended for receiving financial assistance to government as well as donor agencies or persons with commitments to the cause of education.
